When Nadia first came to us she was like a big fur ball. After a couple of weeks she turned out more like a bear. But she was adorable. Nadia was a chow chow mix and had the infamous purple tongue. |

Nadia Loved FOOD!!
and with every meal had to have her milk bone dog biscuits
. She loved to go for walks. Not even a mass tumor on her hind leg stopped her from wanting a walk. As soon as she would see the leash
she would be up and ready go.

| Nadia
could often be found lavishing in the sun. I often thought she
looked like a Queen, sitting with such poise and authority. But
if she had a chance to run and play she would. She loved to catch
tennis balls |

Nadia at Old Age
These are some of the last pictures of Nadia. She had grown old, a bit tired but her personality still shined through. Nadia was a fighter through and through. She survived a train incident, her first battle with cancer and though she didn't make it through her 2nd battle, she held on like a true champion. Nadia will always be the
Queen of our
hearts.
